HOW DOES THE STOUFF WORK
Your STOUFF is fuelled by natural lump charcoal that is placed on the fire grate in the firebox.
The airflow goes from the bottom vent thought the unit to the top vent. The thermometer placed in the lid will accurately display the inside cooking temperature.
By adjusting the bottom and top vents to control the airflow, you will be able to attain the perfect temperature.
As the charcoal burns down the ash will drop through the holes in the fire grate and you can use the ash tool provided to remove the ash through the bottom vent.
